Is this allowed by WhatsApp?
PromotionBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. It links your number as a companion device by QR code, through an unofficial integration, so WhatsApp may restrict numbers used with third-party tools at any time. Human-paced sending and daily caps reduce that risk; they do not remove it.
Will my number get banned?
It can happen, and we cannot promise otherwise. We space sends like a person would, enforce per-group daily caps, and automatically pause all of your sends the moment we detect a restriction. We strongly recommend linking a dedicated business number rather than your personal one.
How many groups can I manage?
Every group your linked number is a member of appears after you scan the QR code. Plans do not cap groups; they cap messages per month (80, 500 or 2,000, where each group a message reaches counts as one) and linked WhatsApp numbers (1, 3 or 10).
What data do you keep?
Retention defaults are 90 days for messages, 180 days for click logs and one year for audit logs. Click logs hold a timestamp and a country only; IP addresses are not stored. We do not read your messages, sell them or train models on them. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for the full detail.
How does billing work?
Pay monthly or annually (annual saves two months), in euros excluding VAT, by card, SEPA or iDEAL through our payment provider Creem.io. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of 20 messages, no card needed. Cancel anytime.
