Terms of service.

1. The service
PromotionBot ("we", "the service") is software that sends WhatsApp messages on your behalf through accounts you have linked. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms. Use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms; you remain responsible for compliance with them.
2. Your account
You agree to provide accurate sign-up information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for activity on your account. Each "org" is a tenant with one owner and any number of team members. The owner is responsible for managing roles and billing.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use PromotionBot to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass, defame, defraud, distribute malware, or violate any law in the jurisdictions you operate in or message into. See our Fair use policy for specifics. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Creem.io, our merchant of record. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods. If a payment fails, sending is paused; you receive a notification and can update your payment method to resume.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of every message body, attachment, and group list you upload. We process them only to deliver the service. We do not read your messages, train models on them, or sell them. Retention defaults are: messages 90 days, click logs 180 days, audit logs 1 year.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without uptime guarantees. WhatsApp itself may disconnect or rate-limit your linked account at any time for reasons outside our control; we surface those as banners in the dashboard.
7. Termination
You may delete your org at any time from the billing portal or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place the service at risk (e.g. abuse-driven WhatsApp number bans that affect other tenants). On termination, we delete your data within 30 days.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to WhatsApp account bans or lost business opportunities.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner and email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be brought before the competent court in Maastricht.
